What is HSV color space?

This color system has been in development since the 1970s for use in computer graphics.


What is Lab color system?

The CIELAB color system is built on the ability of the human eye to perceive colors. Lab values describe all colors that a human eye can see.
Lab is considered a device-independent color model and is often used as a reference base when converting colors from one color space to another.
    

  • The greater the value △L is, the more likely the color on the sample is white.
  • The smaller the value △L is, the more likely the color on the sample is black.
  • The greater the value △a is, the more likely the color on the sample is magenta.
  • The smaller the value △a is, the more likely the color on the sample is green.
  • The greater the value △b is, the more likely the color on the sample is yellow.
  • The smaller the value △b is, the more likely the color on the sample is blue.


What is RGB color system?

The RGB color system stands for three primary colors: Red, Green and Blue, which are the three main colors of white light after being separated by a prism.

These colors, when combined in certain ratios, will produce a lot of different colors in the visible light strip, and when combining all 3 colors together with the ratio of 1:1:1, they will be white .


What is CMYK color system?

CMYK is an English abbreviation of the subtractive color system, commonly used in printing.
It includes the following colors: C = Cyan , M = Magenta , Y = Yellow, K = Black

The working principle of the CMYK system is to absorb light. The colors that people see are from parts of the light that aren't absorbed, or in other words, they work on the mechanism of things that do not emit light by themselves but only reflect light from other sources.
Today's printers use four CMYK inks to create colors for printing. Therefore, for the content you want to print, you should select the CMYK color mode.
