What is a global IP address?

Displayed IP address is the dedicated IP address that the provider has assigned to you (per contract).
Depending on the contract status, assigned IP address is not fixed and it changes.
IP addresses are usually on a dynamic contract which change when the modem or the router is restarted, the settings are changed, or when a certain period has passed. Under some contracts, there are providers which can fix the IP addresses.
An IP address mentioned here is the one used on the Internet, unlike private IP that is assigned in the local environment.

What is a host name?

Displayed host name is the information of the provider under contract and the name of the computer that you ultimately connect to the Internet.
Devices such as computers and routers connected to the network are distinguished by the IP address, and the name of the computer associated with the IP address is the host name.
